This article analyses the modern welding equipment used in industrial enterprises, including methods of defect-free processing, as well as the methods of improving the quality of welded joints in the process of their use. Depending on the materials or characteristics of the products, different welding methods have been researched. MiG-MAG method of welding is reviewed. Defects arising during welding of metal surfaces were investigated. The basis of the research method is the use of modern welding equipment in production. Using KEMPPI, KOWELD welding equipment, a capacity of h3146,000 was prepared. The capacity used in the oil and gas industry is calculated on the mechanical strength, using new welding equipment, constructive improvement of the quality of welding classes of equipment used in oil and gas production is provided. The design of the h3146.000 capacity has been improved due to the use of welding activities. Improved design of the h3146.000 capacity base used in the oil and gas industry, calculate parameters for mechanical strength and welding using the Autodesk Inventor program.DOI

Практическое значение
The practical significance of this study lies in improving the quality, reliability, and structural integrity of welded metal components used in industrial applications, particularly in the oil and gas sector. The research demonstrates the effective use of modern MIG-MAG welding technology and advanced welding equipment (KEMPPI and KOWELD systems) to minimize welding defects and enhance the performance of welded joints. The obtained results can be applied in the design, manufacturing, and repair of critical industrial structures such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, pipelines, and other load-bearing equipment operating under high mechanical stresses. The improved design of the h3146.000 capacity structure contributes to increased mechanical strength and operational safety, ensuring longer service life and reduced risk of failure. A significant practical contribution of the study is the identification and analysis of welding defects, along with the development of approaches for achieving defect-free welding processes. This enables a reduction in material waste, maintenance costs, and downtime during industrial operations. Additionally, the use of Autodesk Inventor for mechanical strength calculations and design optimization enhances the accuracy of engineering analysis and supports more efficient and reliable structural design. The proposed solutions can be implemented in oil and gas production, heavy engineering, and other industries where high-quality welded joints are essential for safe and efficient operation.Данный документ располагается в коллекциях
