Аннотация (краткое описание)
In the present investigation, we conduct a comprehensive numerical simulation to explore the complexities of heat and mass transfer phenomena during the vacuum drying process. Specifically, our focus is on the critical third phase of vacuum drying, which incorporates the heating process. To accurately model these phenomena, we employed a sophisticated three-dimensional heat equation, formulated in cylindrical coordinates, that captures the nuanced dynamics of the system. Furthermore, to ensure the reliability and validity of our model, a rigorous stability and accuracy analysis was performed on the finite difference equations utilized in the simulation. The outcomes of this simulation were then meticulously visualized, offering intuitive insights into the heat and mass transfer mechanisms at play during the vacuum drying process. This approach not only enhances our understanding of the drying process but also contributes to the refinement of numerical modeling techniques in the study of vacuum drying systems.DOI

Практическое значение
The practical significance of this study lies in its contribution to improving vacuum drying technologies through the numerical simulation of heat and mass transfer processes. By modeling the heating stage of the vacuum drying process using a three-dimensional heat equation in cylindrical coordinates, the study makes it possible to determine temperature distribution, moisture movement, and key factors affecting product quality more accurately. The proposed model can be applied in industrial conditions to optimize vacuum drying parameters, reduce energy consumption, and improve drying efficiency. In addition, the simulation results can help prevent overheating, structural damage, and deterioration of the quality characteristics of dried products. The results of this research may be useful in the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agricultural industries. The developed numerical model can also serve as a scientific and practical basis for designing vacuum drying equipment, selecting technological parameters, and improving automatic control systems for drying processes.Данный документ располагается в коллекциях
