This article uses bench, conveyor and aggregate methods of production of reinforced concrete products. The methods of transportation, delivery and convenient storage of reinforced concrete products with the use of chemical and mineral additives included in the production of reinforced concrete products are shown, a mathematical model of the development of reinforced concrete products is proposed. Methods of mathematical modeling, automatic control theory and algorithms are used. Modeling of production processes and system analysis uses professional mathematical packages. The mathematical model of the dosing process provides the establishment of a mathematical dependence of the mass yield of ingredients on the control effects, for different dispensers the calculation formulas of their performance are different. Depending on the change in demand, a model of the production process of finished precast concrete is being developed, an automated control system for the production of precast concrete with variable control parameters is provided.DOI
