Аннотация (краткое описание)
The scientific task of the nozzle scheme uses for formation of an air cushion by using the energy of a jet of air supplied under pressure, simultaneously to form an air cushion, as well as to create the driving force of a load-bearing web, was formulated and the main idea of the work was defined. The optimal option to significantly increase the productivity and length of special types of conveyors is to use the energy of a jet of air supplied under pressure simultaneously as an air cushion and as the driving force of the loadcarrying body, which makes it possible to sharply reduce the coefficient of resistance to movement of the load-carrying body and improve its operating conditions. Supporting the load-carrying body with an air cushion allows to increase the speed of movement to 8 to 9 m/s and more, increase the reliability and safety of conveyor operation, and protect the environment.DOI

Практическое значение
The practical significance of this research lies in the development and substantiation of advanced air-cushion conveyor designs intended to improve the efficiency, reliability, and energy performance of cargo transportation systems. The proposed technical solutions make it possible to simultaneously use the air cushion and the driving force of the conveyor belt, thereby reducing friction losses, increasing carrying capacity, and improving operational efficiency under uneven loading conditions. The developed engineering methodology and the obtained analytical dependencies can be applied in the design, calculation, and optimization of special pneumatic-drive conveyors operating on an air cushion. The experimental confirmation of the conveyor’s operability and the small discrepancy between theoretical and experimental results (within 12–13%) demonstrate the reliability and applicability of the proposed models in real operating conditions. The research results can be used in industrial transport systems, mining enterprises, logistics complexes, and other sectors requiring efficient and energy-saving bulk cargo transportation technologies. In addition, the proposed technical solutions and air circulation protection devices have innovative potential and may serve as the basis for further engineering developments and patentable inventions.Квартиль
