Аннотация (краткое описание)
The article presents the results of computer modeling of the microstructure of a composite material consisting of a polyamide matrix and metal inclusions. The researched composition is one of the advanced trends in the production of materials for advancedMIM technologies. This paper describes the design of a new pressing device to produce composite rods. Computer modeling of mechanical properties of composite metal-polymer material was performed in the high-level CAD system DIGIMAT module MF. Micro-level modeling of the composite made it possible to establish the relationship between the percentage of inclusions and the upper yield strength of the material and the influence of the shape of the inclusions on the tensile strength of the designed material. The computational experiment results were verified with the results of the field experiment for the samples produced by the injection molding technology and the 3D printing technology.DOI

The practical significance of this study lies in the development and optimization of metal–polymer composite materials for advanced Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and additive manufacturing technologies. The proposed computer modeling approach enables the prediction of mechanical properties based on the percentage and geometry of metal inclusions within a polyamide matrix, reducing the need for extensive experimental testing and accelerating material development. The designed pressing device for producing composite rods provides a practical manufacturing solution for preparing feedstock materials with controlled composition and structure. By establishing the relationship between inclusion characteristics and material strength, the research offers valuable guidelines for tailoring composite properties to specific engineering requirements. The validation of simulation results through injection molding and 3D-printing experiments confirms the reliability of the developed models, making them suitable for industrial applications in mechanical engineering, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and high-performance additive manufacturing. The proposed methodology contributes to reducing production costs, improving material performance, and shortening the development cycle of new composite materials.Данный документ располагается в коллекциях
