Аннотация (краткое описание)
This study examines the biology and industrial importance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and explores methods of enriching beet molasses with nutrients to increase yeast biomass production. It highlights the advantages of using diploid yeast cells, which are more genetically stable, metabolically active, and efficient for large-scale fermentation processes.DOI

Практическое значение
This study highlights methods for improving the production of Saccharomyces cerevisiae biomass by enriching beet molasses with nutrients. The findings can help optimize industrial fermentation processes, increase yeast yield and productivity, reduce production costs, and improve the quality of bakery, confectionery, and fermented food products. The use of genetically stable diploid cells also supports more efficient and reliable large-scale yeast production.Квартиль
